AN OVERVIEW OF THE CANDIDATE PLACEMENT PROCESS

When we receive your resume and a file has been established, a search consultant will contact you to discuss in greater detail your professional goals and the elements of the opportunities in which you would have an interest. We will search our database to identify the opportunities that match your stated goals and preferences.

When a match occurs, we will provide you with a detailed description of the position and relevant client information then, and only with your explicit permission, submit your resume to the client for consideration. In the event the current open positions are of no interest to you, we will actively maintain your resume in our computer database which will search for matches automatically as new positions are entered into our attorney positions database. We will inform you of appropriate matches as they occur.

We will also, with your approval, discreetly contact clients in your location preferences to determine if a need for an attorney with your experience has developed since our last contact with those clients. We will not identify you by name, law school, or current employer. We will not submit your resume unless an employer client has requested it and we will do so only with your approval. Candidates can be assured of a responsive and proactive approach to their job search with complete confidentiality.

Before an interview takes place, we will review with the candidate all relevant information necessary to conduct an effective and successful interview. After the interview(s) we determine the employer’s impression of the candidate and keep the candidate informed of his/her candidacy as the selection process as it moves forward.
